Newspaper Column for February 27, 2020

‘Twas the hour before close and all through the space, people were stirring all over the place! All the meeting rooms were full, most of the computers and laptops were in use, folks were chatting by the fireplace, teens were doing homework (be proud of those kids of yours), and families were playing in the kids’ room. There were job seekers, community activity planners, and people just looking for entertainment and education. We had a shelf full of new books to process and put in eager hands, a hold shelf fit to burst, and wonder of all wonders—our circulation is UP!
