The Green Lake County Land Conservation Department is hosting a rain and pollinator garden workshop on February 25th at the Caestecker Library to promote their native plant sale! During this workshop, we will be discussing how to go about implementing a garden and the benefits of planting. There will be 10 minutes after the presentation for questions and to get a jump start on planning.

The Green Lake County Land Conservation Department is also hosting a native plant sale this spring to encourage the planting of Wisconsin natives throughout the county! Proceeds will go towards sponsoring scholarships for students to attend the Youth Conservation Summer Camps and provide groundwater programming in our schools.
There are 4 mixes available, with 32 plants included in each kit. They are being sold for $105 + tax. Each kit is selected for various sun exposure and soil preference.
Please have your order in by March 15th, 2025. Pick up will be at 570 South Street, Green Lake. They will let you know via email the exact date and time to pick up closer to June.
