Maybe you’re moving or just downsizing, but if you have books that need a new home the Friends of the Caestecker Library accepts books, DVDs, magazines, puzzles, and games in good condition. The items you donate are then sorted and organized in our lower level Friends Book Sale area. We receive donations every day and you never know what you might find at one of our amazing sales. All proceeds from the Friends Book Sales go back to support your library and community for programming, the purchase of periodicals, and other special requests.
The library also is a Green Lake Food Pantry drop off site. The cart is located in the foyer.
Should you have other items to donate that haven’t made the list above here are some options:
- Good Neighbors of Green Lake is a have a need/fill a need Facebook page to list items and news for free. There are also other Buy, Sell, Trade pages local to the Green Lake area that can be found through Facebook marketplace.
- Ripon Commonwealth Press and the The Berlin Journal list classifieds and garage sales.
- Harvest of Bargains, Thrasher Opera House, Green Lake
- Hangers: Resale Therapy, Town Square, Green Lake
- Traded Treasures, Ripon
- Second Time Around Thrift Store, Berlin
- Blessings Thrift Store and Food Pantry, Neshkoro
- Habitat for Humanity Restore, Oshkosh
- The Restore has limited hours for drop off but also has the option to schedule a pickup.
- Goodwill, Catholic Charities Thrift Stores, and various other stores are located in Oshkosh and Fond Du Lac.
