On the horizon in 2023 is a new program coming to the Caestecker Public Library called Check Out Wisconsin’s State Parks at Your Library. With partnership from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, libraries can purchase day-use passes for State Parks and add them to our collection to check out with a library card. We are very excited to take part in this program to highlight the value of library cards and increase access to the beauty Wisconsin has to offer in its protected parks. More information will be published when our passes come arrive at the library, but you can start making a bucket list of parks to visit for the summer.

The Friend of the Library have a book sale planned for Saturday, March 18 from 9 am-1 pm. There are always hundreds of great deals on used books movies, music, puzzles, and more!

Free Movie Matinees in the Burr Oak room continue through the month on Thursdays at 2pm. We will be showing Till on March 16th, A Man Called Otto on March 23rd, and The Whale on March 30th. Come enjoy these newly released films on the big screen and snack on provided popcorn.
