Join us for the second showing of Karla Spinks’ artwork during the month of October. With over 60 years of experience in creating quilted textile pieces, Karla has curated an entirely new set of stunning works for display in our Hickory meeting room. If you stopped by in September to see Karla’s work, we invite you to visit again and admire her intricately detailed creations!
Every Tuesday at 10:00 am, the library hosts Play & Build in our largest meeting room for children aged 0-6. Kids will enjoy open-ended play activities that promote motor skills and early literacy through color and shape sorting games. This safe space encourages problem-solving, sharing, and social skills while allowing children to explore their interests and burn off energy. Parents and caregivers must supervise, making it a great opportunity to connect with local families. Join us for play, friendship, and fun! A free snack is provided by the Friends of the Caestecker Library.
Gather with us for Storytime with Ms. Margie on Wednesday mornings at 10:00, for a new reading adventure each week! This is a wonderful opportunity for young readers to explore the magic of storytelling in a welcoming environment.
Come early to enjoy the kids’ area, filled with fun activities and games that spark creativity and imagination. After Storytime, stick around for engaging crafts that let your little ones express their artistic side or browse our selection of books to take home and continue the adventure.
