This weekend you’re invited to a special, free event hosted by the five Green Lake County libraries at the Caestecker Library on Saturday, April 15th from 10am-Noon. Krista Sobieski, the founder of Unimaginable Hope, will be speaking about bringing random acts of kindness to life. Her Berlin-based non-profit organization has turned personal tragedy into hope for many. Learn more at unimaginablehope.org and spend the morning with us enjoying refreshments, a book giveaway, and inspirational conversation.

On Friday, April 21st at 1pm (there’s an early release day for the Green Lake school), join the 4-H for a fun learning experience about paper circuits. The Paper Circuits program is designed for youth in grades 5-8, but any age may participate. If youth are younger, it may be helpful for them to have adult assistance. During this program we will explore circuits and complete electrical circuits that will power an LED in numerous hands-on experiments that participants can take home with them! Open to the first 12 youth who register. Please call 920-294-3572 or stop in the library to secure your spot. There’s no cost to attend but fun is sure to be had.
