The last week of Summer Reading programing is upon us! Stop by the library for one last Activity Pack, an accordion concert with Micah Sommersmith on Monday, the last outdoor Play & Build session with the bounce house on Tuesday, give Tia the READ therapy dog the pleasure of one last story on Wednesday, solve the fina puzzle to get a prize, and serve up one last treat at Cooking with Kids. Our daily summer programming all starts at 10 am and we hope to see you there! Don’t forget to fill out your reading BINGO cards for your last chance to spin for prizes! From all the staff and volunteers at the library, thank you for bringing your friends, visitors, children, and grandchildren to the library this summer to spend time with us. We had a blast this summer and hope you have, too. Some of our programs continue in August and beyond, check out greenlakelibrary.org or our Facebook page for future program details.

For our movie fans, please join us on Thursday, July 27th at 2 pm for a special viewing of WILD LIFE a National Geographic documentary provided by Freeland.  Next week will be Book Club: The Next Chapter. Attendance at the film showing is free, and popcorn is provided.

Tuesday, August 1st at 10 am is for coffee and book lovers. Join us at Roasts & Reads to share what you’ve been reading, sip on some coffee, chat with your neighbors, and get inspiration for new reads and authors to pursue. It’s the most casual and low-pressure book club you could ever be a part of!
